Return Policy

We currently do not accept returns for any products.

  • Why We Don’t Accept Returns:
    All products are thoroughly inspected for quality before shipping to ensure they meet our high standards. To avoid dissatisfaction, we encourage customers to carefully review product details, size charts, and images before making a purchase.
  • Exceptional Cases:
    If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order details and clear photos of the product and packaging. Upon verification, we will issue a store credit for the item’s value to be used on future purchases.

Refund Policy

  1. Eligibility for Refunds:
    Refunds are only applicable for:
    • Orders canceled within the allowed timeframe.
    • Verified cases where store credit has been issued instead of a replacement.
  2. Process for Refunds:
    • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method only if approved.
    • Refunds are not applicable for store credit cases.

Lost or Damaged Orders

For orders lost or damaged during transit:

  • Please report the issue within 3 days of delivery.
  • Upon verification, we will issue a store credit for the value of the affected item.

Delayed Deliveries

While we strive for timely deliveries, delays may occur.

  • We do not offer refunds for delayed orders.
